The GUANLONG compound base mat production line, originating from Shandong, China, offers a semi-automatic system designed for efficiency and ease of operation. The line produces up to 50,000 meters of fiberglass compound base mat per day, with adjustable capacity to meet diverse production needs.
Production Process: The working principle is divided into four steps:
- Pave the fluff cotton fiber at the start of the production line using pipelines.
- Dip-coat the cotton layer with starch.
- Combine the fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer.
- Dry the combined mat and trim the edges to produce ready-to-use rolls.

Raw Materials:
- Cotton: Denim cotton with over 70% content, fiber length about 20mm.
- Glue: Food-grade starch, preferably corn starch.
- Reinforced Fiberglass Mesh: Available specifications are 3X3, 4X4, 5X5, 6X6, and 7X7.
