Production Process
Material Mixing
Bitumen is blended with SBS or APP polymer modifiers, talcum powder, engine oil, and other additives in heated mixing tanks. Thermal oil circulation ensures stable temperatures for efficient mixing.
Coating Process
The modified bitumen is evenly coated onto a reinforcement layer—typically a polyester or fiberglass nonwoven mat. A laminating unit applies a protective surface layer such as PE film, mineral granules, or fine sand.
Cooling & Solidification
A dual-stage cooling system (water and air) rapidly stabilizes the product for downstream handling.
Winding & Packaging
An automatic winder rolls the finished membrane, preparing it for packaging and shipment.
