Description
The production line manufactures SBS/APP Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane, which is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, such as roofs, basements, bathrooms, bridges, parks, swimming pools, and tunnels, for waterproofing and moisture-proofing.

Mixing Raw Materials
Workers mix bitumen, polymer (SBS or APP), talcum filler silo powder, engine oil, and other raw materials in modified mixer tanks (heated by heat-conducting oil to maintain temperature). This process produces modified bitumen. -
Coating the Carrier Nonwoven
The production line transfers the modified bitumen into coating tanks. Then, it coats the carrier nonwoven (reinforcement) with the modified bitumen. Finally, it covers the coated nonwoven with PE film, sand, or other surface materials, forming the bitumen membrane into rolls. -
Cooling and Winding
The system cools the finished products using water and air before the winder rolls them into final rolls.
