ISOFELT Mesh Reinforced Spunbond Long Fiber Polyester Nonwoven is a combination of spunbond polyester with fiberglass weaving mesh.We achieve the combination through a lamination process to enhance the mechanical properties in both longitudinal and transversal directions.This product can increase the tensile strength, tear & puncture resistance of your finished roofing products.
With 24 weaving mesh production lines, ISOFELT can produce fiberglass & polyester mesh with both plain & leno weaving methods. Based on customer needs, special tailor-made products are available to fulfill your diverse application requirements.
Application
ISOFELT Mesh Reinforced Spunbond Long Fiber Polyester Nonwoven serves as an ideal carrier material for SBS/APP modified bituminous waterproofing membranes.
Compared with non-reinforced polyester nonwovens, this reinforced material delivers higher tensile and tearing strength in both longitudinal and transversal directions. This enhanced strength supports high-speed production under high mechanical tension. The resulting bituminous waterproofing membranes perform better—especially in cold regions—by preventing joint area gapping caused by thermal contraction.
